29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a. On or about October 26, 2017, at a new construction, single-family residence at the DR Horton homebuilder's Dawson Creek community in Jacksonville, Florida, four employees using a pneumatic type nail guns to install roofing materials were not using eye protection and were exposed to eye injuries caused by airborne debris generated by the nailing process.
