29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):   Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about 10/25/2017, a subcontractor of Red Dog Construction, LLC was installing sheathing on a roof of a commercial building located at 15150 Veterans Memorial Parkway in Wentzville, MO.  Red Dog Construction, LLC did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  During the inspection, employees were exposed to the following hazards:  a)  A subcontractor employee was not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun to install sheathing.  b)  The subcontractor owner and employee were observed on the roof of the building, approximately fifteen feet above the next lower level, without the proper use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.
