29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 4810 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach Township NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing wall framing and other related activities from and at unprotected edges of a residential structure's first floor. Condition observed on or about 10/25/17. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
