29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 4814 Long Beach Boulevard, Long Beach Township NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when walking/working from a pitched roof while wearing a full body harness with both ends of a lanyard/connector connected back to it rather than having one attached to it and the other to an anchor point. Condition observed on or about 10/25/17. J. Sutter Enterprises, LLC. dba Coastal Roofing, LLC. was previously cited Repeat for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 946940, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/14, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Mississippi Avenue, Long Beach Island NJ.
