This was most recently documented on October 24, 2017 at 10929 Road 32 N , Sidney Nebraska. The employer failed to maintain the tongue guard of the Jet Model JBG-8A bench grinder in that the tongue guard was measured at 1 inch from the periphery of the grinding wheel.
