29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not available for immediate emergency use. (a) Employees at the Shotgun Recreation Waste Water Treatment Plant are at risk to suffering severe to irreversible eye damage when they handle, mix, and insert Multi-Chlor manufactured by Hasa at full strength with a PH of 12 or more when treating the waste water without an emergency eyewash available to them.
