OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) OMGA Saw (UFP Serial #40176 and #40794): The guard on the saw was not adjusted to the thickness of the stock being cut, on or about October 27, 2017. b) Spida Saw (UFP # 07915): The guard on the saw was not adjusted tot he thickness of the stock being cut, on or about October 27, 2017. Abatement methods include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Follow ANSI 01.1 for Woodworking Machinery Safety Requirements.
