29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. At a jobsite located at 633 E. 63rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri, employees were exposed to a fall hazard. The swinging door serving as a guardrail on a mobile scaffold ("scissors lift") was damaged so that it did not fully close or latch.
