On or about October 25, 2017, roof area, employees delivering roof shingles and other roofing products were not protected from falling up to 18.5 feet by the use of a fall protection system. ABC Supply Co, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 196.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986256, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 107 Finn Corner Way, The Woodlands, Texas 77573.
