29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 1550 Opelika Road, Auburn AL; On or about October 18, 2017 the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work 10 feet above the ground from an articulated boom lift without securing their fall protection to the lift (safety harness and lanyard). C & F Drywall, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1113899, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1450 Taylor Road, Montgomery AL.
