OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to injury when using a vehicle for a fall protection anchor point and not having control of the keys for the vehicle.     On or about July, 2017, employee resurfacing clarifiers 4, 5 and 6 at the Greater Decatur Sanitary District were exposed to hazards when using a vehicle and trailer for an anchor point and the employees did not exercise control of the vehicle key. An employee tied to the vehicle was pulled and drug 10-15' when another employee started and drove the vehicle.
