29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) Facility, Kitchen, Walk in Freezer: On or about October 1 thru 20, 2017, the walk in freezer floor had ice on it. This ice was caused by a broken line in the freezer. This condition presented a slipping hazard to employees who would walk in the freezer.
