29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: a.) Spray Area - On or about October 26, 2017, Employees who were spraying flammable paint (Krylon rust inhibitor) on steel angle iron were exposed to hazards from a build-up of combustible residue on the metal support I beams used to support pieces during spraying.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: a. Spray Area - On or about December 5, 2017, A bucket containing Mineral Spirits used to clean the airless spray gun was not labeled with the identity of the chemical it contained nor with an appropriate hazard warning. Exposing employees to safety and health hazards.
