29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     At a construction site located at Lot 3 Next to 16509 Macallister Court, Belton, Missouri:      a) Two employees were exposed to fall hazards. Two employees were working at height as the porch roof the employees were working on did not have guardrails. Employees were exposed to a fall of more than 11 feet to the interior of the building, and more than 12 feet to the exterior of the building when installing frames as employees were not utilizing a fall arrest system.    b) Two employees were exposed to fall hazards. Two employees were exposed to fall hazards as there were no guardrails  at the open wall at the rear of house. Employees were exposed to a fall of more than 14 feet from the open wall at the rear of the house to the next lower level.
