29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Governor's Gun Club, Second level porch area; On or about 11/01/2011, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 14-feet, 1-inch from the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in waterproofing activities.
