29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.  On 10/26/17, at the 432 Loblolly St, Woodstock, Ga job site, employees were observed working below framing operations and were not protected from overhead hazards by wearing hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On 10/26/17, at the job site located at 432 Loblolly St, Woodstock, employees were exposed to 12 ft. fall hazards as they performed residential framing activities including handing walls and other wood components from the ground level to the second level, requiring employees to lean over and into the fall hazard at the edge of the 2nd story level.

On 10/26/17, the employer has not created and incorporated a fall protection training program for employees exposed to various residential fall hazards more than 6 feet from ground levels.
