29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part:  Employees engaged in using construction tools, motorized industrial equipment, ladders, and etc. at 5400 Queens Road, Lawrence, Kansas  were exposed to hazards associated with construction activities, including but not limited to struck-by hazards, fall hazards, and caught in between hazards in that the employer had not developed and implemented safety and health programs to address construction hazards present at the jobsite.
