29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) Refrigeration room; On or about November 2, 2017 an electrical panelboard did not have an unused opening covered, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with coming in contact with energized electrical parts.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Refrigeration room; On or about November 2, 2017, electrical panelboards were blocked by the placement of three loaded pallets. Access to the panelboards in case of emergency may be delayed, exposing employees to contact with electrical current hazards.
