29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii): Where practicable, combustible materials were not relocated at least 35 feet (10.7 m) from the cutting or welding operation work site: (a) Fabrication Area: On or about October 30, 2017 and at times prior, employees were welding Uprights adjacent to combustible material. Frazier Industrial Company was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1207584, citation number 1, item number 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2255 West 49th Street, Idaho Falls, ID 83402. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
