The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 13.0 feet.

Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:     On or about November 1, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing roofing activities because of the lack of fall protection.  The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 13.0 feet.     THE BLACKHAWK ROOFING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1049637, CITATION 1, ITEM NUMBER 4b AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 28, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1101 E MONROE STREET, SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS 62703.
