The employer did not have a competent person conducting frequent and periodic safety inspections at the construction site.  BLACKHAWK ROOFING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1609090, CITATION NUMBER 3, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 13, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3167 ROBBINS ROAD, SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS 62701.
