29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Location: 6 Silver Birch Ave. Bourne, MA 02532 On or about August 17, 2017, an employee was struck-by a LeeBoy 8510 paver while working, where the training had not been provided in accordance with the manufacturer's manual.
