29 CFR 1926.1417(a): 29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments. Location: Jobsite On or about 19 July 2017 a Krupp model KMK 4070B Hydraulic crane was loaded beyond its capacity and was overturned exposing both the operator and other workers to crushing and struck-by hazards while working.
