Pool Area: On or about November 1, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from excess load being placed on the pulmonary system while wearing MSA Half Mask Elastomeric Respirator with OV canister, without having had a medical evaluation to determine if the employee was medically able to wear a respirator voluntarily.
