29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section. On or about November 02, 2017 on the West end of the building, the employer allowed employees to work, cutting eaves/molding for attachment to the building, on a scaffold at an elevated height of approximately fifteen (15) feet without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. On or about November 02,2017 on the West of the building the employer allowed employees to work cutting eaves/molding for attachment to the building, at elevated heights on a scaffold that didn't have side rails installed.
