OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential struck by hazards:  On or about November 2, 2017, at the work location at or near 17614 Clear Water Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas, employees were conducting erection/set up operations of a Link-Belt 100 ton crane, Model # RTC-80100 II, Serial # J7J9-1298, when a section of the jib fell off the bracket and struck an employee. This hazard exposed employees to struck by and crushing hazards due to connecting pins not being adequately placed on the ramp bracket.
