29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about October 31, 2017, on the 3rd floor, the employer allowed an employee to utilize a Hilti WSC 7.25-S circular saw to cut wood paneling without wearing adequate eye protection.
