29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide the requested OSHA 300 Logs to an employee, or employee's representative, by the end of the next business day; On or about 10/23/2017, the employer failed to provide a copy of Injury and Illness Log (OSHA 300) when an authorized employee representative submitted request. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1149778, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/11/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7451 Tempelhof Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46214. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990810, citation number 1, item number 2A and was affirmed as a final order on 11/07/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Monticello Road, Pawtucket, RI 02861.
