29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplace(s) were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted. For the employees controlling air traffic in the air traffic control tower at the Fayetteville Executive Airport on or about November 2, 2017 and times prior there to, the employer did not effectively control the flies and wasp from entering the control tower. This exposes employees to potential disease from ingesting contaminated food or drink the flies have contacted or the surfaces the flies have contacted. Also, allergic reaction to wasp stings.
