Employees engaged in framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.   Orthon Sosa Gariby was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in osha inspection number 1192755, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 02/22/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lots B-16-B 18 Solaris, Lubbock, TX.
