29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employees engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: On the roof of a commercial building, North side, on or about November 8, 2017, employees without a fall protection system were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the concrete ground below, while installing metal panels at the ridge of the roof.
