29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) GCA Service Group at 5600 Lindbergh Dr. Loveland, CO 80538: On or before 11/8/2017 the employer did not provide effective training to their employees. Training documents and Safety Data Sheets were in English and most of the employees are not literate in English. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
