29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Projecting shaft ends shall present a smooth edge and end and shall not project more than one-half the diameter of the shaft unless guarded by nonrotating caps or safety sleeves: a. Located in the 77 boot pit, leg 1 had an unguarded rotating part at the slow down sensor exposing employees to a caught-in hazard. b. Located in the 77 boot pit, leg 2 had an unguarded rotating part at the slow down sensor exposing employees to a caught-in hazard. c. Located in the 64 boot pit, leg 4 had an unguarded rotating part at the slow down sensor exposing employees to a caught-in hazard.
