Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident: a) Parts shipping and receiving storage area: On or about November 8, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with not being able to correctly identify the electrical disconnect switches to de-energize circuits in the event of an emergency.
