29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet was not kept free from storage on all sides of paint booth(s): a) Building 745, Large Paint Booth, Room 111; Three lockers for employee clothing/ PPE storage were located inside the large paint booth along the wall. b) Building 745, Large Paint Booth, Room 111; A Pacer Industrial Mixer paint shaker was bolted to the floor inside the large paint booth along the wall. c) Building 745, Large Paint Booth, Room 111; One locker for employee clothing/ PPE storage and a spill kit metal locker were located along the wall outside of the large paint booth. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION d) Building 745, Small Paint Booth, Room 110; One set of lockers for employee clothing/ PPE was located outside the small paint booth. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION

29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not at a minimum required for operations or they exceeded a supply for one day or one shift: a) Building 745, Large Paint Booth, Room 111; Dip tanks containing Deoxidine and Alodine were used and stored in the paint booth. b) Building 745, Large Paint Booth, Room 111; A 55 gallon drum of flammable paint waste and thinner waste was stored in the paint booth. This exposes employees to potential fire hazards.
