Worksite located at 200 Carpenter St., Building B, Warrensburg, Missouri- Employee was observed working near areas in which he could strike his head on the bottom or the roof awning and was not wearing any means of head protection.

Worksite located at 200 Carpenter St., Building B, Warrensburg, Missouri- Employees were observed working without eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun to put siding on the walls.
