29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employees in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: Inside building near the front entrance: On or about November 7, 2017, employees performing metal painting processes were exposed to chemical hazards from the use of products such as, but not limited to, Thinner, #11565 OD Brass Lacquer RFU, #15207- FD Fast Dark Quicksilver OD, which contained skin irritants, without using chemical resistant gloves.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: Inside building near the front entrance: On or about November 7, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees who were required to wear North full face tight-fitting respirators while performing painting operations were free of facial hair between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face.
