29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv): Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers: PAINTING On, or about, November 9, 2017, the Mannix spray booth used for powder coating applications, using products such as 135 FUSION BONDED EPOXY COATING, which is combustible, was not protected downstream of the filters with automatic sprinklers.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: PAINTING On, or about November 9, 2017, the door designated as an emergency exit for the painting area was reported to be obstructed by corrugated piping used as exhaust ventilation that exited through two duct holes in the screen door when the Boss Laser was in operation.
