29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) On November 7, 2017 and at times prior thereto the employer allowed construction debris to accumulate in common areas where employees were working on stilts. This included but was not limited to, drywall debris, scrap wood, and scrap wood with protruding nails. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
