29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: 1) On or about October 26th, 2017, and at prior times, employees worked with hazardous chemicals such as mineral spirits, laquer thinner, primer, and denatured alchohol. The employer had not developed and implemented elements of a hazard communication program such as maintaining safety data sheets, ensuring adequate chemical container labeling, and training employees on the hazards of the chemicals they work with.
