29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):    (a) On or about November 3, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that plastic chemical containers  that contained chemicals such as but not limited to "bug off", which is used to remove tar and bugs, and contains 2-(2-Butoxyethoxy)ethanol were properly labeled with a hazard warning. 2-(2-Butoxyethoxy)ethanol can cause serious eye irritation.    D & A Holdings LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 Hazard communication, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136001, citation number 1, item number 5/a and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at4620 Wadsworth Blvd., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
