Amory Company, Warehouse/dock: On or about 11/14/2017, an employee used a Caterpillar forklift to offload a trailer truck and have not been trained to operate the forklift. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
