29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. (a) 311 Stanley K Tanger Blvd Suite 1300, Lancaster Pennsylvania, office area - Employees working in the office had the exit access reduced to 12 inches, from stored boxes. The employer did not ensure that the exit access was maintained at 28 inches at all points, on or about November 9, 2017. (b) 311 Stanley K Tanger Blvd Suite 1300, Lancaster Pennsylvania, area close to back door, dressing room side - Employees needing to exit the building through the back door had the exit access reduced to 21 inches, from stored boxes. The employer did not ensure that the exit access was maintained at 28 inches at all points, on or about November 9, 2017. (c) 311 Stanley K Tanger Blvd Suite 1300, Lancaster Pennsylvania, aisle by water bottles - Employees working near the water bottles had the exit access reduced to 23 inches, from stored boxes. The employer did not ensure that the exit access was maintained at 28 inches at all points, on or about November 9, 2017. (d) 311 Stanley K Tanger Blvd Suite 1300, Lancaster Pennsylvania, restroom area - Employees leaving the restroom in the exit access reduced to 22 inches, from stored boxes. The employer did not ensure that the exit access was maintained at 28 inches at all points, on or about November 9, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
