29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) HBC Photo Studio (Looklet Set #2): A cord set (extension cord) plugged into a 120v power pole was used to power a computer monitor, exposing employees to electrical hazards as observed on or about November 14, 2017. b) HBC Photo Studio (Looklet Set #10): A cord set (extension cord) plugged into a 120v power pole was used to power an auxiliary monitor, exposing employees to electrical hazards as observed on or about November 14, 2017. c) HBC Photo Studio (Looklet Sets #1-12): The Omron engines for each Looklet Set was plugged into an extension cord which was powered by a 120v power pole, exposing employees to electrical hazards as observed on or about November 14, 2017. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
