29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) SMB Construction, at 5330 E. 129th Way, Denver, CO 80241: On and before November 13, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees performing residential construction work were adequately protected against fall hazards. Employees were roofing without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
