29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto Brown Contracting and Development Corporation did not ensure its employees and its subcontractor protected its employees from 110V electrical hazards, while using an extension cord with exposed wires behind the plug, which was resting in standing water. NOTE-Abatement certification is required for this item.
