29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 249 Fletcher Street, Edison, NJ 08820. Employee was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 9 feet from the sill plate to the interior basement floor when placing TJI floor joist and standing at the edge of the foundation wall with no fall protection system in place. Occurred on 11/15/17
