29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension: a) On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto employees were not protected against 110 volt electrical hazards, where temporary lighting was hung by its cord, and stapled with permanent Romex staples. Abatement certification is required for this item.
