29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that employees had a safe means of exiting the basket to reach the work platform requiring them to climb over the guardrails of the aerial lift after disconnecting their personal fall arrest systems from the basket of the aerial lift. As a result, the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty (20) feet. Observed on or about 09 NOV 2017.
