29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that employees working approximately twenty (20) feet above grade were protected from falls by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems. Observed on or about 09 NOV 2017.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:    a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that employees had a safe means of exiting the basket to reach the work platform requiring them to climb over the guardrails of the aerial lift after disconnecting their personal fall arrest systems from the basket of the aerial lift. As a result, the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty (20) feet.  Observed on or about 09 NOV 2017.
