The employer has two employees who were observed using hand-held pneumatic nail guns to install roofing material without any form of protection to prevent eye injuries associated with flying particles.

Eight employees were observed on the roof of a 2-story house with a 6 in 12 steep sloped pitch at heights greater than 6 feet above the ground and not utilizing any form of fall protection.     Isaias Torres dba Torres Roofing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  1228711, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 901 19th Street SE, Mandan, ND 58554.
